Review and assess current HR practices; developing & implementing programs to meet the needs of this rapidly growing organization. Using good change management skills to help the organization meet its vision & goals. |

Administration of personnel records including I-9, benefits, salaries. |
 |
Understanding the vision/ direction of the organization & developing policies, procedures and guidelines to provide leadership support in implementing the strategies of the organization. Developing & implementing HR solutions &/or projects to achieve business results. |

Responsible for all hiring at InnoPharma. Partnering with managers to recommend hires. Proactively working with management to identify and develop top talent to ensure that the right people are in the right positions to support growth initiatives of the organization. Works with management to understand core competencies needed to drive the business, and translates into actionable developmental programs. Works with different teams to determine staffing needs; plans and places ads in the appropriate media, interviews applicants and recommends the hiring of individuals into appropriate job classifications. Sources applicants by developing relationships with employment agencies, universities and outplacement firms. |

Provides advice and assistance to managers on compensation issues to include, but not limited to job description, job analysis and equity studies. |
 |
Providing advice and counsel to managers and employees on the interpretation of policies, procedures and employment law. Acting as a liaison between department managers and employees in resolving issues/disputes, conducting internal investigations. |
 |
Implements & drives performance management systems and processes through successful completion on an on-going basis in addition to annual performance review cycle. Provide education and assistance relative to Human Resources issues re: discipline, substance abuse, and other work-related problems. Recommends and/or reviews supervisory recommendations for discipline, suspensions, and terminations. |

Develops, maintains and fosters an understanding of and coordinates relationships with all levels of Company management. |

Project Manager:
| Job Description: |
 |
Direct and manage project development from conception to completion. Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. |
 |
Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents to help with project deliverables including updates, reports and plans as needed. |
 |
Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. |
 |
Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals. |
 |
Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders. |
 |
Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team. |
 |
Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path. |
 |
Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans. |
 |
Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle. |
 |
Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work. |
 |
Conduct project post mortems and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements. |
 |
Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management. |

| Position Requirements: |
 |
University degree or college diploma in the field of Pharmaceuticals Sciences, Chemistry or Chemical Engineering. |
 |
3 to 5 years direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution. |
 |
Certifications in [Project Management (PMP is desirable]. |
 |
Strong familiarity with project management software, such as Microsoft Project. |
 |
Demonstrated experience in personnel management. |
 |
Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential. |
 |
Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities. |
 |
Reacts to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently. |
 |
Flexible during times of change. |
 |
Ability to read communication styles of team members and contractors who come from a broad spectrum of disciplines. |

Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients, and other departments. |

Strong written, oral communication and interpersonal skills. |
